Experiences with Kerutabs lactase enzyme
I’m really happy with the Kerutabs tablets. Kerutabs makes my life more enjoyable.
After initially trying a different brand of lactase enzyme – which didn’t help me – my dietitian advised me to use Kerutabs. What a relief for me! For the first time in ages, I was able to drink cappuccino and even eat cream puffs without any trouble. I started with two Kerutabs tablets. That went really well. After that, I switched to taking one tablet. That turned out to be enough for me. For me, Kerutabs has really improved my quality of life.
Tests revealed that I was lactose intolerant, so I started looking for information on how best to deal with this. From the outset, Kerutabs provided good support as a supplement. I still try to avoid lactose, but when I have no choice, it's nice to know that Kerutabs are there. They're handy for when you go out for a meal (unexpectedly), so I always carry them with me.
Tests confirmed that our daughter Bente was indeed lactose intolerant. Bente avoided lactose for a month and then, with the support of Kerutabs, she started eating ‘normal’ things again from time to time. The first thing Bente tried was a cupcake. That went well, so we slowly expanded to other products. A while ago, we were eating out at a restaurant and she really wanted ice cream for dessert. We always carry Kerutabs with us, so luckily she was able to enjoy her ice cream.
For years, I had complaints of bloating and flatulence after drinking milk. So I stopped drinking milk. However, I continued to have the same complaints on a regular basis. After visiting my GP and dietitian, it turned out that I was lactose intolerant. I adjusted my diet and my dietitian also recommended Kerutabs. Precisely because I travel a lot and it is therefore difficult to always take lactose-free food into account, Kerutabs is a godsend for me. Kerutabs has given me more freedom and thus improved my quality of life.

I am lactose intolerant. When I go to a restaurant and want to enjoy a cream-based sauce or ice cream, I take one or two tablets and don't get diarrhoea afterwards. Top product!
